Impressions from Pietralba
A brief look at what is perhaps South Tyrol's best-known pilgrimage site. Pietralba welcomes thousands of visitors from near and far each year. It is located in the Val d´Ega and is perched at 1,520 metres above sea level, set against the magnificent mountain backdrop of the Dolomites. The Baroque basilica is striking, both inside and out.
