Wildlife in South Tyrol
From dense forests to rugged peaks, as well as lakes, wetlands and clearings, South Tyrol’s vast and varied natural landscapes provide the ideal habitat for dozens of species. As they are shy and wary, capturing them on camera often requires a great deal of luck or immense patience. Observing them in their natural environment is always a truly moving experience.
