„Pizza a Mano“
Pizza, one of the most famous and popular dishes for many people, is well-known for its crispy base made of yeast dough, topped with colourful, fresh ingredients. What is known worldwide as the Italian national dish has turned into a creative South Tyrolean business idea in Casteldarne called "Pizza A Mano", the first South Tyrolean frozen pizza that's cemented its place in the competitive market. Around 1200 pieces are produced every day and then sold to food services and the catering industry, creating a real challenge for the team, especially for pizza baker Matthias and assistant manager Roland. So today, they opened the production facility for us.
