Termeno is known worldwide as a wine town. This is also thanks to the famous Gewürztraminer grape variety – or Traminer aromatico – which bears its name. But beyond wine and traditional cellars, Termeno has much more to discover. For example, a menu based entirely on local products, which even includes the first South Tyrolean rice and catfish, raised in an aquaponics system.
