Being self-aware and living in the present without judgement: these are the key concepts of mindfulness. More and more, people are talking about awareness, but how can we really achieve it and — above all — how can the natural environment amplify its effects? The new circular path, called Mindful.Latemar, was designed by psychologist and mindfulness instructor Thomas Bernagozzi.
