Alpine Tour to the Saldur Lakes
A two-day hike in the Ötztal Alps, through the rugged yet spectacular landscape of the Val di Mazia. We will stay overnight at the Rifugio Oberettes (Oberetteshütte), meet animals enjoying the summer mountain pastures, and test our fitness. These peaks are often covered in snow even in summer, and you can even see the edge of the Saldurferner glacier, which is next to the Saldur Lakes, explaining their turquoise colour. A highly recommended tour for all mountain enthusiasts.
