We took advantage of the Bolzano Leisure Fair to find out: Among the many options, nature and spending time in the fresh air, perhaps in the mountains, seems to be at the top of the list of favourite activities for South Tyroleans, guests and even ‘personalities’ such as trade fair president Greti Ladurner and food influencer Barbara Prantl!
